Any items returned for a refund must be returned to us 7 days from receiving the original order. All goods will be inspected upon return before issuing a refund or exchange. Any stickers or tags must not be removed and the item must be returned in the same unused and undamaged state as it was in when it was received by you.
To exchange your item, the original item must be sent back to us within 7 days of the original order and be replaced with an item(s) of the same value of the original order.
Any replacements will be sent to the same address as the original order.
If the item(s) you are hoping to replace the original item with is out of stock, then a full refund will be issued upon return of the original item.
Packaging of the item(s) being returned to us are your responsibility until we receive them. Therefore, it is important that these are packaged safely to avoid any damage in transit.
It is not essential that the items are sent back to us in the original postal box. But any item specific packaging of the item must be returned with the item. i.e. bags or cases.
We hold no responsibility for any items returned to us by mistake.
Items returned to us in a unsuitable state will be sent back to you via economy postage and not considered further for refunds/exchange.
Postage costs for returns is the responsibility of the customer and only be refunded in the unlikely event of the product being faulty or incorrect on our part.
